Pricing &amp; Payment<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"420\" data-end=\"657\"><li data-section-id=\"2iad77\" data-start=\"420\" data-end=\"498\">A minimum <strong data-start=\"432\" data-end=\"458\">30\u201350% advance payment<\/strong> is required before starting the work.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"8x9nse\" data-start=\"499\" data-end=\"568\">The remaining amount must be paid upon completion of the project.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1xzq1li\" data-start=\"569\" data-end=\"657\">Prices are based on the current site condition; any changes may affect the final cost.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"659\" data-end=\"686\"><strong data-start=\"659\" data-end=\"684\">3. Material &amp; Quality<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"687\" data-end=\"799\"><li data-section-id=\"17s9wyv\" data-start=\"687\" data-end=\"737\">Only agreed brands and materials will be used.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"18rgr1b\" data-start=\"738\" data-end=\"799\">Any upgrade in materials will result in additional charges.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"801\" data-end=\"818\"><strong data-start=\"801\" data-end=\"816\">4. Timeline<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"819\" data-end=\"1024\"><li data-section-id=\"1voocve\" data-start=\"819\" data-end=\"939\">Project timelines are estimated and may vary due to weather conditions, site readiness, or unforeseen circumstances.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"13twkda\" data-start=\"940\" data-end=\"1024\">Delays caused by the client (e.g., site not ready) may extend the completion date.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1026\" data-end=\"1050\"><strong data-start=\"1026\" data-end=\"1048\">5. Site Conditions<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"1051\" data-end=\"1229\"><li data-section-id=\"zk72cu\" data-start=\"1051\" data-end=\"1135\">The client must ensure proper access to the site, electricity, and water supply.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"ljaxjn\" data-start=\"1136\" data-end=\"1229\">Furniture and valuables should be moved or protected by the client unless agreed otherwise.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1231\" data-end=\"1251\"><strong data-start=\"1231\" data-end=\"1249\">6. Workmanship<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"1252\" data-end=\"1381\"><li data-section-id=\"11t9pcr\" data-start=\"1252\" data-end=\"1313\">We ensure professional quality work and proper finishing.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"aqit3\" data-start=\"1314\" data-end=\"1381\">Minor variations may occur due to surface conditions or lighting.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1383\" data-end=\"1400\"><strong data-start=\"1383\" data-end=\"1398\">7.
